How to wash plush toys without making them stiff

When cleaning plush toys, the correct method can effectively prevent them from becoming stiff:
Cleaning method
Hand wash at low temperature
Use cold water below 30℃ with a neutral detergent (such as baby-specific detergent), gently press and wash the stained area, and avoid rubbing. Excessive water temperature will destroy the fiber structure and cause it to harden.
Machine wash protection
If machine washing is required, the toy must be wrapped in a laundry bag or pillowcase, and a gentle mode and cold water wash should be selected. Avoid prolonged spin-drying (no more than 1 minute), and use a dry towel to absorb water in time after washing.
Drying points
After washing, lay it flat and dry in the shade, avoid exposure to the sun or using a dryer. Long-haired plush toys can be combed with a wide-tooth comb to maintain fluffiness, and filled toys need to be patted inside to prevent clumping.
Daily maintenance
Regularly use a lint roller to clean the surface dust and reduce the frequency of washing. Treat local stains immediately (such as baking soda to remove floating dust, white vinegar to remove stubborn stains) to avoid accumulation into stubborn stains.
