What are the safety standards for custom plush toys?

Custom plush toys must comply with the GB 6675 series of standards for Toy Safety and GB/T 9832-2007 Plush, Fabric Toys and other technical specifications, mainly covering the following safety requirements:
Mechanical and physical properties
Detachable small parts (such as buttons and decorations) are prohibited. Toys for children under 36 months must pass a 90N tensile test to prevent the risk of swallowing.
Edges and tips should be rounded to avoid scratches.
Fillings must meet tensile strength and compressive resistance tests.
Chemical properties
The migration amount of heavy metals (lead, cadmium, chromium, etc.) shall meet the limit requirements.
Formaldehyde content ≤75mg/kg (materials in direct contact with skin)
The total content of plasticizers (such as DEHP, DBP) ≤0.1%
Flammability
Materials must be flame retardant treated, burning rate ≤30mm/s (vertical burning method)
Flame retardants must not contain prohibited substances such as polybrominated biphenyls.
Other requirements
Packaging plastic bag thickness ≥0.038mm or perforated
Applicable age, safety warnings and maintenance methods must be marked.
